Subscription (closed-source) vs Ownership (open-source)

Subscriptions have become the standard for every new technology, but is only enforcing the capitalistic spirit onto our lives. Tied up on a monthly basis to pay, instead of paying once to own it. It forces us to think that we need to work to pay for it.

We need software which adapts to us. Humans shouldnt adapt to software.

We need to provide more access to the world, not profit to one company.
